When do the boxes ship?

Each L’apotheca box is released in alignment with the fashion calendar—four times a year. Once you’ve secured your spot on the waitlist and completed your purchase, we’ll keep you updated on the exact shipping date. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your box is dispatched.

Do I pay when I sign up?

Yes. Payment is taken at the time of sign-up to confirm your place on the waitlist. Each drop is limited, so early sign-up ensures you don’t miss out.

What’s inside each box?

Every box includes a seasonal edit of full-size beauty, hair, and wellbeing products—plus our exclusive Hero Item, a limited-production piece co-created with artisan makers from across the globe.

Is delivery included?

Yes, delivery is always complimentary. We currently ship via Royal Mail and provide tracking for every order.

How do I get VIP access?

VIP access is offered to early sign-ups. VIPs receive an invitation to the L’apotheca Lounge (a virtual event with the founder and special guests), a founder’s discount, and entry into our Win Your Next Box draw.

Can I gift a box?

Yes! L’apotheca boxes make a beautiful gift. Simply select the gift option at checkout and include a personal message—we’ll take care of the rest. Just remember they won’t receive their ‘gift’ until the box launches.
