Welcome to L’apotheca. These terms and conditions govern your purchase and use of our limited edition collections. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the following:

Nature of the collection

L’apotheca offers limited edition, curated beauty, wellbeing and lifestyle collections. These are one time purchases and do not constitute a subscription. Availability is limited and offered on a first come first served basis.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and secure payment platforms. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and included applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to the UK & ROI. Orders will be despatched within 5-7 days of the collection’s launch date. You will receive tracking information where applicable when your box is on the way. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate (and applicable for the target delivery date) as we cannot be held responsible for delays due to the incorrect information.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our boxes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product please contact us at info@lapotheca.co.uk within 5 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Promotions & Competitions

Customers who purchase during the eligible promotional periods may receive additional perks or entries into giveaways (e.g., win your next box free). Winners are selected at random and contacted by email or phone. Terms for individual promotions may vary and will be clearly stated.

Product Information & Allergies

We carefully curate each collection for product quality and performance. However it is your responsibility to review ingredient lists and product information before use. L’apotheca is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

All brand content – including text, design, photography, and packaging is the property of L’apotheca and may not used or reproduced without express, written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure an exceptional customer experience but we are not liable for delays, loss or damages caused by third party carriers, force majeure events or misuse of products.

These teams are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
