Each month, we dive into a new topic. Always something real, a little bit raw, and made for women who get it. This October, we’re talking ‘Self-Care Without Guilt’.
Set in the gorgeous Rural Space wellness studio, you’ll be in the safe hands of host Gem (Accredited Coach, Passionate female founder + Creator of spaces for women to feel good again) and Katy (Sound, Energy & Kinesiology Alchemist + all round beautiful human).
You’ll get practical tools to release self-care guilt, and rituals to recharge your batteries. You’ll also leave with a new found tribe of incredible women who get it.
As well as filling your cup - we’ll also send you off with a little goodie bag of lovely self-care favourites we’ve sourced from Europe’s finest pharmacies and artisan makers (It’s worth £20!)
And we’re having tea and and homemade cake.
